Private Small Finance banks collect some predefined amount on monthly basis and then distribute the collected amount to the shareholder as a form of loan which in turn is one of the main incomes of such banks along with fixed deposits and other monthly or periodic income such as fine, shares, etc. The problem is to manage all of the above-mentioned transactions and their complexity with no margin for error. And satisfy the ever-increasing change in its fundamental structure.
